DEBBIE DONALDSON

With 15 years of experience teaching pregnancy and postnatal fitness in Newcastle and the North East, Debbie has helped hundreds of mums keep fit and active during pregnancy and get back into fitness after birth. Debbie’s classes have been leading the way in pregnancy and postnatal fitness in the North East in addition to providing Aerobic Bumps pregnancy fitness classes at the RVI Hospital Newcastle. Debbie is regularly asked for fitness advice from both local radio and television.
